So here's the thing, Sure Right are the new kids on the block, James Brookes started the business in 2023 as a way of reflecting his vast business experience leading teams and organisations through business change and ISO implementation, a challenging prospect for anyone new to the world of ISO. Through James' business acumen, he realised that ISO, is simply not a tick box accreditation, but allows for monumental growth, and that's where Sure Right has come from.
Fast forward to 2024, and after months of working behind the scenes, Sure Right has announced it's presence and is ready to support SMEs with ISO implementation and business growth.

James has over 15 years of senior management experience having led 100+ members of staff as General Management, before heading up Compliance, Safety and HR for a multi-million business. Highlights include implementing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 as a customer requirement allowing the business to work with two of the top 5 global businesses.
Megan Francis
Business Support
Megan has crafted a career in business administration and management, recently undertaking her CIPD Level 5. Megan is full time and supports the business with process and documentation creation for both Sure Right and other businesses
Tom Mason
ISO Managing Consultant
Tom has worked directly with James for a number of years, successfully implementing and supporting ISO implementation and change control. Tom has over a decade of experience in people management and has worked within a Compliance Management capacity for the last 5 years.
