As the Managing Director of Sure Right, I bring a wealth of expertise in safety, compliance, and quality management. Holding NEBOSH qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction, and Fire Safety, I am dedicated to elevating standards and ensuring regulatory compliance in diverse industries.
My experience spans leading SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) compliance for a multimillion-pound organisation operating across the UK and EMEA, where I was the lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. This role sharpened my skills in managing compliance within complex, regulated environments, ensuring operational safety and quality on an international scale.
My career also includes extensive management experience in the charity and fitness industries, overseeing multiple sites and large teams.
As a general manager within the fitness sector, I was responsible for over 100 staff members, focusing on delivering high standards in service, safety, and team development. At Sure Right, I’m committed to applying this experience to support businesses in achieving compliance and operational resilience, enabling safer, more efficient workplaces.
